Product Review! Epson Moverio BT-200 video glasses for use with DJI Phantom Vision+, Vision, FC40

December 4, 2014

Here’s an in-depth review of the Epson Moverio BT-200 video glasses. I look at how they work with the Vision App, how it feels to use them, and what else you can do with them.

Thanks to one of my channel Patrons and Epson I’ve been sent a set of these “augmented reality” video glasses specifically to try with the DJI Vision app. As well as that I have a close look at how they feel to actually use and what else you can do with them to see if they are just a one-trick pony.

You can find the full spec here: http://bit.ly/1CJRlaX
Search around for best price, but here are some online retailers I’ve found that are stocking them:
You can buy in the US from Prelaunch here: http://bit.ly/12qhYAJ
Also from Amazon in the US here: http://amzn.to/12C43IK
From Amazon in the UK here: http://amzn.to/1ySbKW6
From Epson direct here (choose your region): http://bit.ly/1FR9a3S

Some seem to be on eBay but make sure you are buying the correct version for your region if you do that.

My “On the Kitchen Table” videos are mainly aimed at newcomers to multirotors, quadcopters, drones and UAVs, particularly to the DJI product range, and the Phantom line in particular. I have how to’s, product reviews, tips, tricks, hints and information for beginners and those in the early stages of the hobby. I film “on the kitchen table” to show people that, like me, you don’t need a workshop and an array of specialist equipment and years of experience to get started and progress with flying these amazing aircraft and enjoying making great aerial videos and stills. So if you have bought, or are thinking of buying, a DJI Phantom, Phantom FC40, Phantom 2, Phantom 2 Vision or Vision+ or Plus, or even building your own DJI Flamewheel F450 or F550, we can do it… on the kitchen table!
